**After the transaction:** • Leave an honest review • Report any issues promptly • Keep all communication records

Watch out for these red flags:

**Suspicious listings:** • Prices far below market value • Poor quality or stolen photos • Vague descriptions with no details • Pressure to act quickly • Request for upfront payment via unusual methods

**Suspicious users:** • New accounts with no history • Reluctance to share photos or meet • Inconsistent information • Asking you to communicate off-platform • Request for deposits before showing equipment

**Communication red flags:** • Poor grammar copying from templates • Refusing to answer specific questions • Pushing for immediate payment • Offering deals that seem too good to be true • Claiming urgency ("someone else is interested")

If you encounter issues, report them immediately:

**How to report:** 1. Navigate to the listing or user profile 2. Click the "Report" button 3. Select the reason for your report 4. Provide a detailed description 5. Add any evidence (screenshots, messages)

**What happens next:** • Our moderation team reviews the report • AI analysis provides initial assessment • The reported user may be contacted • Action is taken based on evidence

**What to report:** • Scam attempts or fraud • Fake or misleading listings • Harassment or inappropriate behaviour • Stolen equipment • Impersonation • Safety concerns

Badges help you identify trustworthy users:

**Verified Farmer Badge:** • User has confirmed their identity • Farming experience verified • Location confirmed

**Verified Owner Badge:** • Equipment ownership validated • Active listings with history • Positive rental track record

**Trust Score:** • Based on completed transactions • Influenced by reviews from other users • Higher scores indicate reliability • Built over time through consistent activity

**Circle Tier Badges:** • **Starter** — New circle, growing • **Growing** — Building membership • **Established** — Active community • **Thriving** — Well-established • **Legendary** — Top-tier community

Look for verified badges when choosing who to rent from or to.

When meeting to inspect or exchange equipment:

**Choosing a location:** • Public places with other people around • Police stations (many allow transaction meetups) • Busy petrol stations or shopping centres • Avoid remote or unfamiliar locations

**What to bring:** • A friend or family member • Your phone (charged) • A checklist of things to inspect • Payment in a secure form

**During the meetup:** • Arrive on time during daylight hours • Verify the person's identity • Inspect equipment thoroughly • Test equipment if possible • Document condition with photos • Agree on all terms before exchanging anything

**After the meetup:** • Confirm the rental on the platform • Save all receipts and documentation • Leave a review of your experience

If you experience problems during a rental:

**Equipment issues:** • Document the problem with photos/video • Contact the owner immediately • Report through the platform • Don't try to fix equipment yourself unless agreed

**Payment problems:** • Keep all payment receipts • Contact the other party first • File a dispute through the platform • Our mediation team will investigate
